• Final Payment: Full payment is required at the time of project completion and before final deliverables are provided to the client. Failure to complete payment may delay delivery or result in withholding of services.

4. Project Timelines and Delivery

• Timeline Estimates: Click and Pose Media will provide an estimated timeline for each project. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays may occur.
• Delivery and Approval: Upon completion, the project will be delivered to the client. Any requests for minor adjustments should be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Information and Access: The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and access required to complete the project.
• Project Changes: Any changes requested after project commencement may incur additional charges and could affect timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership Rights: Click and Pose Media retains ownership of all original content created until full payment is received. Once the project is paid in full, the client will have rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

7. Liability Limitation

• Service Expectations: We aim to deliver the highest quality, but Click and Pose Media is not liable for factors beyond our control, such as technical failures or unforeseen delays.
• Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click and Pose Media and its associates from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise during the course of the service.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• No Refund Policy: Once paid, service fees are non-refundable. This includes booking amounts and advance payments.
• Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability and Click and Pose Media’s approval.
