At Clicks and Pose, we deeply value your participation and aim to create memorable experiences for everyone involved. However, we understand that unforeseen changes may arise. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility
  • Full Refund: A full refund will be provided for cancellation requests made at least 10 days prior to the event date.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 10 to 5 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Fees

. Certain fees, such as service charges or administrative fees, are non-refundable, even if the cancellation meets the eligibility criteria for refunds.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Clicks and Pose
  • Full Refund: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to all registrants.
  • Option to Transfer: If the event is postponed, registrants may transfer their registration to the new event date or request a full refund.
4. Refund Process
  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via email to clicksandpose@gmail.com. Ensure that you include your registration details (e.g., name, event date, payment reference number).
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
5. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual:

  • Transfers are allowed up to 10 days prior to the event date, free of charge.
  • To transfer, please email us at clicksandpose@gmail.com, providing the new attendee's details (name, contact information, and any other required information).
6. Special Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events such as medical emergencies or natural disasters:

  • Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Alpha Kids Fashion Show Audition Registration

We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent registration process for all participants. Please carefully read the following refund and cancellation policy before completing your registration for the Alpha Kids Fashion Show auditions:

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee paid during the sign-up process is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether the participant attends the audition or not. By completing the registration, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund clause.

2. Internet Handling Charges

An internet handling fee may apply to each registration. These charges are non-refundable and are calculated as part of the total registration fee. Please review the final payment amount carefully before proceeding with the transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once registration is completed, cancellations will not be accepted. If you are unable to attend the audition due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee cannot be transferred to another participant or carried forward to future events.

4. Event Changes

In the rare event of rescheduling or cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified in advance via their registered contact details. In case of cancellation initiated by the organizers, an appropriate refund policy will be communicated. However, internet handling fees remain non-refundable.

5. Disputes or Queries
